Privacy Policy

The short version

Duo Transit Corporation ("DUO") runs this website. We only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and send updates you ask for, and we don't sell it. This site has no advertising trackers.

This policy covers this website and the DUO app's text messages to drivers.

What we collect

• Website forms. Your email, your choice to receive DUO news and updates, and any other details you choose to send (such as your name, company or message). This is sent by email to our team at admin@duo-transit.com. The website itself does not keep a copy in a database.
• Basic request data. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages, block abuse and rate-limit spam.
• Bot protection. Website forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send future DUO news, launch updates and information if you sign up to receive them, and to keep this site secure.

A phone number you give in the contact form is used only to call or email you about your request. We don't text it.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside DUO except the service providers that run this website (such as Cloudflare).

Text messages

The DUO app texts truck drivers about loads their carrier assigns them: new assignments, changes to a load's times, stops or details, and assignments that were removed or canceled. We text a driver only after the driver agrees, by checking "Text me load assignments" on their DUO driver invite or by texting START to DUO's number. Agreeing isn't required to work for a carrier or to use DUO.

Message frequency varies with your loads. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to stop the texts; reply START to get them again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in this policy never includes text messaging opt-in data and consent: we don't share that information with any third party.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us at any time. Email admin@duo-transit.com.

If you sign up for email news and updates, you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing admin@duo-transit.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
